Arbitration, Mediation & Conciliation

We provide expert advice and representation in all forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR), including arbitration, mediation, and conciliation. Our team has extensive experience handling complex commercial, contractual, and employment disputes, delivering pragmatic solutions to resolve conflicts efficiently and cost-effectively.

We represent clients from corporate, governmental, and individual sectors in both domestic and international disputes. Our experience covers proceedings under the auspices of leading arbitral institutions such as the ICC, LCIA, SIAC, HKIAC, AAA, ICSID, as well as ad hoc arbitrations governed by UNCITRAL rules. We guide clients through all stages of arbitration, providing support in the appointment of arbitrators, drafting submissions, enforcement of arbitral awards, and managing judicial challenges.

Our mediators are skilled facilitators who assist parties in achieving mutually acceptable agreements, helping avoid costly litigation. We also offer strategic advice on early settlement negotiations, mediation frameworks, and conciliation processes tailored to maintain and enhance sophisticated commercial relationships.

Our services include:

  • Arbitration: Acting as arbitrators or legal representatives, managing cases comprehensively.

  • Mediation: Preparing clients for mediation and representing them during sessions.

  • Conciliation: Neutral facilitation to resolve disputes collaboratively and preserve business ties.

Additionally, we advise on drafting ADR clauses, dispute resolution agreements, and conduct risk assessments to recommend the most suitable resolution pathway for your dispute.
