Queens Court Chambers has a long-established commitment to human rights and civil liberties work. We can offer expertise in all fields of human rights law supported by considerable experience in many of the leading human rights cases before the domestic and European courts.

International Experience

​

In December 2019, our Head of Chambers, Priscellia Robinson, was awarded by the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (United Nations Human Rights) as a UN Fellow. She is further trained in International Human Rights Law by United Nations. 

 

We can act in cases involving Human Rights and Public Law, Judicial Reviews, United Nations Applications, Action Against the Police, Human Rights violations and Home Office decision challenges.

HUMAN RIGHTS LAW PRIVATE FEES

In some cases and depending upon our case capacity, we take on Human Rights cases upon a Pro Bono basis. We can not do this for everyone and cases are assessed upon a case by case basis. Please see our Pro Bono page for more information. 

 

OUR HOURLY RATE  IS £250 PER HOUR. 

​

INITIAL CONSULTATIONS - £350 fixed fee

This consultation will last for 1 hour and a half and be face to face unless agreed otherwise. Any further agreed consultations will be charged at an hours rate of £250.
