We are specialists in cases involving financial crime, with marked success in defending prosecutions brought by all major prosecution agencies, including the Serious Fraud Office and HMRC. We provide advice and representation in the full range of ancillary criminal proceedings, for example: confiscation under POCA in the Crown Court, forfeiture in the Magistrates’ and High Court, non-conviction Criminal Behaviour Orders and orders under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
We are Level 1 CPS accredited and our Head of Chambers, Ms Priscellia Robinson has extensive experience in prosecuting for local authorities in regards to Regulatory Law.
We can represent you upon all motoring offences:-
Driving Whilst Disqualified
Driving a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol exceeding the prescribed limit
Driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence
Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance

Police Station Accredited
Ms Robinson is Police Station Accredited which means if you are arrested you may request for Ms Priscellia Robinson to represent you of whom is attached to Hollingsworth Edwards Solicitors under her Police Station Accredited PIN number. Please note you may be represented at the Police Station free of charge if you wish to instruct Ms Priscellia Robinson via Hollingsworth Edwards Solicitors as they have a legal aid contract. However, if you wish to instruct Ms Priscellia Robinson via Queens Court Chambers you will have to pay privately.

OUR HOURLY RATE IS £250 PER HOUR.
INITIAL CONSULTATIONS - £350 fixed fee
This consultation will last for 1 hour and a half and be face to face unless agreed otherwise. Any further agreed consultations will be charged at an hours rate of £250.
