Criminal & Extradition Law
We provide high-quality advice and advocacy in the most complex and serious criminal cases. We defend clients throughout the country and have considerable expertise in defending all types of criminal offences, including homicide, terrorism, drug trafficking, armed robbery, and sexual offences.
We are specialists in cases involving financial crime, with a proven track record of success in defending prosecutions brought by all major prosecution agencies, including the Serious Fraud Office and HMRC. We provide advice and representation in the full range of ancillary criminal proceedings, such as confiscation under POCA in the Crown Court, forfeiture in the Magistrates’ and High Courts, non-conviction Criminal Behaviour Orders, and orders under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.

Our practice also covers extradition matters. We represent individuals and states in extradition proceedings, advising on treaty interpretation, mutual legal assistance, and human rights protections under relevant conventions. The set combines technical precision with practical advocacy in complex cross-border investigations and cooperation.
If you require expert representation or advice in criminal or extradition law, please contact us for tailored support.
